William Zaggle
CEO
In 1986 William Zaggle co-founded Excelsior which has since established itself as the leading provider of assessment management software. In a prior role he was Vice President of Elite Software Development, Inc. of Bryan, Texas, leading the development and marketing of PC software for Mechanical Engineers worldwide. William built his first computer at age thirteen, and in 1980 graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering.

Brad Baird
Vice President, Sales

Brad Baird joined Excelsior as Director of Sales in 1999 and is responsible for the company's sales and customer support functions. In a prior sales management position at Sysco, Brad's territories grew 42 percent annually. Earlier, Brad was responsible for reseller channel and vertical market management for Earthweb, an Internet based start-up that reached $300 million in Nasdaq capitalization in less than three years.

Brad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado with a double major in Finance and Management. He participated in the Universities Honors and Entrepreneurial Leadership Programs.

Anthony Faulkner
Vice President of Development

Anthony is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Industrial Arts. In 1993 he became a Technology Education and Computer Science teacher. At Olivet Community Schools, Anthony created the new position of Technology Coordinator. While there, he installed Olivet’s first network, utilizing a Beta version of Pinnacle to help familiarize teachers with their new network computers. His belief in and familiarity with the Pinnacle program led him to represent Excelsior Software in 1996, on a part-time basis.

In 1999 Anthony left Olivet Community Schools to represent Excelsior Software on a full-time basis through his consulting company T-N-T Educational Consulting, Inc. Today T-N-T Educational Consulting represents Excelsior Software in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Anthony's expertise led to the development of the Pinnacle PDA Collection, and custom development of the Pinnacle Internet Viewer. In 2005, Anthony became Vice President of Development for Excelsior Software, leading the development team for the Pinnacle Web project.
